How to log in to my.keenetic.net
- Connect to the router. Join its Wi-Fi network or plug a computer into one of its LAN ports. Mobile data will not work.
- Open the admin page. Type

What my.keenetic.net is
my.keenetic.net is the name that Keenetic routers answer to inside their own network. Typing http://my.keenetic.net on a connected phone or laptop opens the router’s web interface, the same page as 192.168.1.1. The router resolves the name itself, so it keeps working even if you change the router’s IP address.
Logging in
The username is admin. On current models the password is the one created in the setup wizard; there is no factory password. Older Zyxel Keenetic routers used 1234. A new or reset router opens the setup wizard instead of the login form.
When my.keenetic.net does not open
- You are outside the home network. The name is local. For remote access use the Keenetic app or turn on KeenDNS, which gives the router its own internet address.
- A VPN or a custom DNS on the device. They bypass the router’s DNS, so the name is not found. Turn them off, or open 192.168.1.1.
- The Keenetic works as an extender or behind another router. Then its address comes from the main router. Check your default gateway or the main router’s device list.
- The browser adds https://. Type the address with
http://explicitly.
